DDC Office of Guardianship plans to repeal and replace Guardianship Services 9.4.21 NMAC

The New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Council Office of Guardianship is planning to repeal and replace Guardianship Services 9.4.21 of the NMAC. Questions regarding the proposal can be emailed to ddc.oog-rulemaking@ddc.nm.gov.
