This program provides funding from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Community Living/Administration on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AIDD) to engage in advocacy, capacity building and system change activities for individuals with developmental disabilities. This initiative conducts and supports programs, projects and activities that carry out the purpose of the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000.
