DDC Executive Director Position Open

The New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Council (NMDDC) is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as its next Executive Director. This position provides strategic leadership for the Council’s efforts to advance advocacy, systems change, and capacity building that improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families throughout New Mexico.

The Executive Director oversees agency operations, staff, programs, and budgets; implements the Council’s Five-Year State Plan; manages federal and state funding; and serves as a key advisor on disability policy and issues affecting New Mexicans with developmental disabilities.

Qualified candidates will have leadership experience in public administration, nonprofit management, disability services, or a related field, along with experience managing budgets, grants, and organizational operations.
